ST. KATHREIN'S THERMAL BATHS SAUNA ETIQUETTE
HIGH-QUALITY SAUNA VISITS THROUGH YOUR SUPPORT
The St. Kathrein Thermal Baths have a very lofty goal: The guests to the thermal baths and sauna should enjoy a very high degree of well-being and thoroughly enjoy their visit. In order to guarantee a relaxed atmosphere, we have compiled some recommendations for you. Safety and hygiene are naturally very important. Thus, these rules should also be followed by all our guests. Of course, our sauna team will always be available to support you if you have any questions or comments. Please enjoy reading through our Sauna Etiquette Guidelines.
1
Bathing Shoes
For hygienic reasons, we would like to ask our guests to wear bathing shoes which can then be removed in front of the sauna rooms.
4
Personal Care Products
Personal care products may gladly be used in the clothes-changing rooms. However, we ask that you do not use them in the sauna area.
7
Showering
Before using the spacious sauna facility, the plunge and swimming pools, one should absolutely shower. Then dry off well – because if your skin is dry, you will sweat more.
2
Clothing
The sauna area is a “no-clothing” area. However, outside the saunas, we ask our guests to wear a bathrobe.
5
Loungers
We ask the guests to the St. Kathrein Thermal Baths to reserve no loungers with a towel or a handbag. Everyone wants to relax on one of our loungers.
8
Quiet
Guests come to the sauna facility in order to enjoy peace and quiet. Thus, please avoid conversing particularly in the saunas and relaxation rooms.
3
Large Towel
Passionate sauna guests know that no sweat should drip onto the wood. Thus, we ask you to place a large towel underneath yourself in the sauna room.
6
Personal Care
Unfortunately, it is not permitted to do a manicure and/or a pedicure on oneself in all areas. Please gladly ask our employees about an appointment at our Michaela Cosmetics Studio.
9
Using Your Mobile
You have indeed opted to enjoy a break from everyday life. In order to be able to realise this, we ask that you do not use your smartphones in the sauna area.
